I made a huge batch of this for my daughter's bridal shower. It was a hit! I left out the arugula and cucumbers because the amount of quinoa I made was too much to add these and the pine nuts due to cost. It was a big hit!

I have made this salad several times and everyone loves it every time! The dressing is the perfect amount for the salad. I have fresh mint, basil, and parsley in my garden so it is even better with fresh picked herbs! This is my go-to salad for company or to take somewhere. Thank you so much for sharing it.

I love this recipe and make it often. But the 40 minute time is sooooo misleading. I'm not sure if its just trying to drive up clicks around the website or what, but that part is annoying. Otherwise, fantastic dish. I omit the feta and use vegan parm to make it vegan. I also spice up the chickpeas with z'atar and salt. I've brought it to pot lucks and gotten rave reviews. It's a really tasty dish.

I made this salad exactly as published. It was aweseome! My friends loved it as well. I'll definitely be making this again. I did the tomatoes and quinoa the night before. It's a time consuming recipe, but worth it.

This turned out great! The roasted tomatoes are amazing - like a jucier and more savory version of sun roasted. I didn't want to make dressing so I used greek dressing from Primal Kitchen and it worked out really well.

This is so delicious! If you make all the suggested ingredients in this recipe it takes a lot longer than 20 minutes to prep. I’d recommend making the tomatoes, quinoa and chickpeas in advance. Delicious though, and will become a staple in my house.

I stated cooking quinoa only recently, and decided to use it for salads a few months back. I was in a hurry, and didnt have salad dressing, so I used yoghurt instead. I am not a big fan of salt and let the salt content in the yoghurt make do. The other ingridients I included were slices of apple and roasted peanuts (instead of pine nuts and chickpeas). It was super yummy and people were asking me for the recipe1
