I made them with unbleached white flour, cow’s milk, and melted butter (all in the same measurements) and baked for 13mins and they came out perfect. Just be careful about the vinegar and the dairy curdling 🙂

Perfectly moist and not too sweet. They also held together despite not having a flax egg. So yummy, will definitely be making again!
