Could you please clarify the ingredients? Is the 2 1/2 lb. leek the white and green parts only or does that weight at the supermarket include the dark greens? Thanks.

This soup is pretty good, but a little bland. I found that adding some tarragon helped, as did adding more salt and lemon. Another good addition was to saute some garlic in olive oil and add it as a garnish. So good soup overall, but needs a bit more flavor
