To celebrate the launch of Pop of Flavor, I’m hosting a live cook-along next Wednesday, October 14, at 12:30pm Eastern time. I’m also giving away two of my favorite pieces of cookware: a Staub Dutch oven and cast-iron skillet (combined value of $479.90).
