This pita bread is amazing!! Each pita is a little smaller than I expected, but the taste and texture put store bought pita bread to shame.

I will note that I can rarely make these without setting off the fire alarm at least once due to the high oven temperature (then I remember to open the door and crack a window), but it’s 100% worth it.
