This recipe is absolutely delicious !!!!! I added a bit finely chopped green onions and used canned pineapple. We cook air fryer chicken wings and serve as tacos with the pineapple salsa. The pineapple salsa really elevated the tacos !!! The taco had an added taste of fresh, sweet, and tart taste from the pineapple salsa. The ratio of flavor from the pineapple is just perfect and blended with everything from the cabbage creamy slaw ( your recipe) and piccol de gala. I will now always include this delicious pineapple salsa in all tacos that I will make.

Hi Julie, not at all! You could just skip it or add a little diced cucumber for crunch or a pinch of chili powder for heat (if that works for your friend). Hope you enjoy!
