Very good balanced recipe. I did alter a bit. I did 1/2 cup of distilled and 1/2 cup of ACV. I also used my homemade Hot Honey instead of sugar. Awesome blend of flavor!

What a great easy recipe! I made two jars and our party guests ate every spear with compliments.

I am going to change one direction. I noticed that the asparagus tends to float. The tops of the spears hit the lid and bend a little. I am going to cut them a little shorter and insert them in the jar tip first. Then the butt ends will touch the lid.
