Hi, I’m going to make this tomorrow. I don’t usually keep Sriracha on hand so I’ll sub gochujang for it. I love pairing peanut butter and gochujang in ramyeon so I’ll let you know how it turns out. This will be a dipping sauce for vegan summer rolls !

This sauce is outstanding! Can’t wait to try it on noodles. Tonight I made it to use on Farro and cauliflower, and miso glazed salmon. WOW!
