Lovely recipe. I had to chill for a couple of hours before they could be rolled. Made with my toddler so I didn’t roll in additional sugar and used natural peanut butter. Not sweet at all (a good thing in my thinking!) but still a lovely crisp texture. Thanks

This is the ULTIMATE peanut butter cookie. I find a lot of other recipes leave the cookies dry and they crumble into a million pieces. These are soft and crumble in the perfect way! I put 4 peanuts as decorations on top right before baking, it not only makes them look cute, it adds a little crunch!
