This is the ULTIMATE peanut butter cookie. I find a lot of other recipes leave the cookies dry and they crumble into a million pieces. These are soft and crumble in the perfect way! I put 4 peanuts as decorations on top right before baking, it not only makes them look cute, it adds a little crunch!

In reply to Claire. Hi Claire, you could try using slightly less flour or adding an extra egg yolk if you'd like the cookies to moister/chewier!

I love the flavor and level of sweetness. I’ve made these several times. But why do they come out a bit dry and crumbly? I’ve tried baking for less time, but cookies are too raw.
