The peach cobbler is absolutely delicious! I used monk fruit instead of sugar. I would definitely make again!

In reply to Desi. I just tripled my ingredients accordingly and my first dish is in the oven. I wanted more of the crumble top so i just made that with four cans of sliced peaches that I drained

I made this cobbler from Palisade Peaches and used almond flour instead of all-purpose. It turned out great! And sweet from the peaches without too much sugar. Everyone loved it.
