This affogato looks divine, I think it will be my breakfast this Sunday! I mean, it has fruit, dairy, oats, and nuts, so it is qualified as breakfast, right? And I totally agree about grilled peaches! 🙂

Last night, I was preparing for a small dinner party. I had Trader Joe’s frozen desserts being thawed in the fridge, waiting to be served. Then this peach dessert recipe popped into my inbox. I thought: oh, I have all the ingredients. I can totally make this. I cut up the peach, mixed the rolled oats, and put them in the oven. It was ready by dessert time, and it was a hit! It looks so elegant and fancy too. Thanks.
