I made this as the recipe was wrote, but I found that I didn’t really like it. I think it would have been better if it used heavy cream over milk and water. I know that wouldn’t make it healthy like most recipes are directed toward how they grew up on. l’m in the US and so I lean toward something that isn’t really good for you.

I made these recently and they were absolutely delicious! However, the one thing I would change if I made them again would be to put far less sugar in the coconut cream— the meringues were already very sweet, plus the sweetness of the berries, it was just very very sweet altogether. Still delicious though, the whole family loved it!

In reply to Alex. You should be able to make it 1 day in advance and store it in the fridge (it's thicker and less fluffy than whipped cream). Just keep it separate from the pavlovas until you're ready to serve.
