I made this with great northern beans (cooked in the instant pot before adding to the dish) and it was delicious. I love how the consistency is thick and stewy, not soupy.

This was delicious. The fresh rosemary makes it! Used spinach and added a summer squash because I needed to get rid of it. Loved having all the veggies. Easy weeknight meal too.
