This was easy to make and so satisfying! I love that it’s vegan, but has the richness of meat gravy. It was a huge hit at my house!

Just made this for tmrw’s Christmas dinner. Have a gluten-free attendee so used coconut aminos (since I didn’t have tamari) and followed the Chef’s recommendation on using corn starch after #3 instead of flour. I just tasted it and it is delicious! Can’t wait to have it on mashed potatoes tmrw. Thank you!

So delicious! I did add a little butter because I had a few tablespoons left over from another recipe. Will definitely be making this again!
