Better to place the finished product in a blender, it doesn’t mix well, then microwave it. This recipe missed the mark. There is a restaurant in NYC called Max Brenner that makes the best white chocolate matcha tea–hot and steaming.

Aiya is too expensive for me would it work with other brands? My hubby bought a brand called enzo from amazon last week and I’ve tried it with this recipe, it was great but I still want to check.

I tried your Matcha Coconut Latte and didn’t really like it. But I decided I might as well make this as I happened to have everything. It’s good! Thanks for the recipe!
