Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club Challenge this month! It's easy to enter, and one lucky winner will receive a prize. Find all the details below.
Our Cooking Club is a fun way to celebrate the Love & Lemons community of readers. The concept is super simple—each month, I choose a recipe. You make it, and you leave a comment on the recipe’s blog post. At the end of the month, I randomly select one winner to receive a prize.
I love the sense of community that comes from so many people cooking one recipe each month. We’re kicking off our November challenge today with our stuffing recipe, and I hope you’ll join in the fun. Here’s how it works:
Join the Love & Lemons Cooking Club
- Each month, I choose one seasonal recipe. Sign up for our email list so you’ll know as soon as I share each month’s recipe.
- Make that recipe during the month.
- Leave a comment on the challenge recipe’s blog post by the end of the month. This time, the deadline is November 30!
- For a bonus entry, send a picture of what you made to cookingclub@loveandlemons.com.
- For another bonus entry, post your photo on Instagram, tagging @loveandlemons and #loveandlemonscookingclub.
The Prize: A $100 Whole Foods Gift Card!
At the end of the month, I’ll randomly select a winner and share some of your photos. This time, we’re giving away a $100 Whole Foods gift card.
In addition, for every entry we receive, we’ll donate $1 to No Kid Hungry.
November’s Recipe: Best Stuffing
My favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner? The stuffing, hands down. So of course, I couldn’t resist choosing our stuffing recipe for this month’s cooking club.
Based on my grandma’s classic stuffing, it’s moist and flavorful, seasoned with savory celery, leeks, and fresh herbs like thyme and sage. If you’ve only ever had boxed stuffing before, get ready—this stuff is so much better! Another reason to love it? You can make it ahead! Find instructions in the blog post.
- Make it vegan: Replace the butter with vegan butter or olive oil. Skip the eggs, adding extra vegetable broth as needed to moisten the bread before baking.
- Make it gluten-free: Use your favorite gluten-free bread.

Last Month’s Recipe
Last month, we made my vegetarian chili. It was so fun to hear how many different veggies you all added to this recipe—mushrooms, carrots, celery, fresh banana peppers, poblano peppers, leeks, and more! I always support adding extra vegetables to a recipe. 🙂 I hope you continue to make this one your own throughout the fall and winter.
I have to give a special shoutout to Amy, who joined the cooking club with her family: “Delicious! My sons and I just joined the cooking club. Our oldest is half a country away at college and our 13 year old twins are at home. We just joined the cooking club as a way to stay connected with each other and teach the kids how to cook.”
I absolutely love this idea! So fun to learn how the cooking club is bringing you all together!
Thanks to everyone who joined in this month. Here are some of your photos:
And congrats to our winner, Kathy!:
