					<description><![CDATA[So I made this for dinner today. I had to make a few substitutes just for what we had on-hand.

I used fettuccine pasta, red onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, added a can of flaked tuna, and upped the amounts of swiss chard, oil &#038; lemon juice.

I fried the red onion with thd oil, salt &#038; pepper until soft, mixed in the cranberries and turned off the heat as I chopped the swiss chard. Then I stirred it in, along with the lemon juice. After 3-4 minutes, I transferred it into a bowl and cooked the pasta. I added the pasta and stirred in the parmesan cheese, sunflower seeds and tuna. It turned out fantastic!]]></description>
