I made these for a dinner party and they were a complete hit!!! So light and refreshing. We set them in the lemon halves garnished it with blueberries and mint and even the extras we’d made was polished off.

I made this for the first time yesterday for a small get together this evening, and it was absolutely delicious. The lemon flavor was just perfect, and the creaminess was on point. I was told it was restaurant worthy. The amount of time it took was about 30 minutes top, so easy for a 5-star dessert. Will definitely keep this on file for future dinner parties.
