I know it says to use parchment paper, but most of my filling seeped under the parchment paper instead of staying on top of the filling. Probably because I didn’t go up the sides with the shortbread.

In reply to Barbara. Hi Barbara, the mixture will be too thin in a larger pan, highly recommend an 8x8, it's a handy size that we use in so many baking recipes.
