Great instructions! The ice cream cake was well made and went down a treat 🙂
Made this for 32 kids in a deep roasting dish using Chapmans ice cream (natural ingredients and great value in 2l tub).
I found the cake did stick in the pan and would line next time. It was pretty hard to cut the cake layer, but was probably good at keeping our large cake in one piece when flipping it out. Recommend transferring to a chopping board for cutting.
Decorated with frozen fruit and chocolate chips for name, star with rainbow streak.
Overall it looked and tasted great, and everyone was impressed.
