Hi Victoria, thanks for your feedback! We try to limit plastic in our kitchens as well. Though it’s not highlighted in this post, we do include a bamboo option in our guide to the best tofu presses.

Why would you not recommend a bamboo tofu press rather than one that is so much plastic? We all need to reject plastic for the sake of our health, the health of our families and our homes, and the health of our planet/environment.
