In reply to Steve. Hi Steve, I add it in sprinkles because it's easier to add a little at a time vs. risking ruining it by adding too much water. Moisture can really vary by season and humidity.

This was so gummy! It looked great when I made it but the texture changed overnight. I will try it once more and cook it at the same time and hope it works better.

I think John may not have followed the recipe correctly. I have used this recipe for years and it comes out perfectly every time.

This recipe delivered the best tasting pasta! Light, clean and flavorful. Its amazing how basic ingredients can make magic. My children 9 and 11 actually followed the recipe and prepped then cut the dough. They were equally amazed and agreed the best pasta they’ve ever had. It will be a staple for our family. Thank you so much for creating and sharing this recipe!

Turned out good in the end, but it is very very dry you need a lot of water to get it to come together not just a “sprinkle”

In reply to Mandy. Hi Mandy, I've never tried that, so I can't 100% guarantee the results. It might work, but the dough may be drier. You might need to knead in some water.
