Healthier Game Day Recipes

Healthier Game Day Recipes

Ok, so aside from watching the Cubs win this year, I’m not what you would call a sports fan. I know the Super Bowl is this Sunday but I have no clue who’s playing and if I had to guess (without googling it), I’d embarrass myself by naming teams from the wrong sport. But sportsball aside, here are a bunch of taco-nacho-ey-pizza-ish recipes that you might consider serving this weekend. I’d be game to eat any of these… game or no game.

This is a Super Bowl spread that I would be THRILLED about! Thanks for sharing this round-up!

  2. I’m like you when it comes to football, and I feel even further disconnected here in Spain. But I would come to a game day party especially for your stuffed sweet potatoes and cauliflower tacos!!

I don’t even know how to begin to say how delicious this sweet potato recipe was! My husband said- “You have to post this or something”. Seriously, I’m so glad that I made an extra sweet potato so I can have this again tomorrow for lunch! You were so right about that Kensington Mayonnaise- I forgot it when I was at Whole Foods earlier today, but made a special trip back rather than whipping up my own, it was perfect. I would have thought that the black bean/corn salad would have been good without the mayo but with the mayo……..over the top! Thanks for the fabulous recipe and inspiration!

    • I’m so glad you both loved the sweet potatoes! I agree, that chipotle mayo is just too good 🙂
