I was already in with the sweet potatoes here, but love guacamole too and always love to see new twists and ingredient tweaks for guacamole, like the cumin in this recipe, at least to me, so thank you!

I’ve been wanting to try Beyond burgers lately!! I honestly didn’t know you could buy them in the store; I thought it was just restaurants! This is just perfect with the sweet potatoes and guacomole.

Thanks for the link to where Beyond Burgers can be purchase. I had one a couple of weeks ago at Veggie Grill (just north of San Francisco) and it was amazing! Glad to know I can now make my own.
