Hi, so sorry for the confusion! We just mean loosely covering the broccoli with a sheet of foil. You’re not wrapping it, but creating a “tent” over the broccoli that can capture steam and help it soften. I hope this helps!

I’m in the same boat – googled it and still don’t know what it means. Any tips of what tenting the broccoli means? Taking it out into the woods into a canvas shelter?

Broc was browned but tasted burnt. Overall, hard. No tenderness.
