					<description><![CDATA[When I grill or roast asparagus, for the last 4 minutes it gets a sprinkle of minced garlic. Add the garlic any sooner and it will burn.

By the way, if your garlic is cut into 1.5 inch pieces, and you roast it like I said and toss it in a skillet with some cream and Parmigiano, then toss in cooked penne and a big handful of chopped roasted pistachios, you will think you died and went to heaven.]]></description>
