I pulled it up because I’m making it tonight with some hothouse green beans I was given by a friend and I realized I had not rated it yet. I have made this many times cold… but it is also wonderful served hot! I usually serve it with quinoa but tonight, I’m having it with Israeli whole wheat couscous. When I serve it with a grain or pasta, I double the sauce… and the sauce goes extremely well on many other L&L recipes asa well as pretty much any veggie. This is probably my family’s favorite L&L sauce for veggies.

Hi Uma, no they’re not sweet like yams – you could use any small potatoes in the recipe.
