From a Greek: while this seems very yummy, there is not such thing as a “dressing” in Greek village salad, you just pick a high-quality olive oil, salt, optionally oregano, and lemon if the tomatoes used are too sweet.

In reply to Blossom. Hi Blossom, this recipe makes about a half cup total. For six servings, that would be 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon each. If you'd like a slightly larger serving, you could do 4 at 2 tablespoons each. I hope this is helpful!

Have not made this yet (hence no rating) but have a question about the quantity. It says it serves 6, but that’s, what, 6 people? How much does each person get, table-spoon wise. I mean we’re already at 7 tablespoons if we just consider the olive oil and red wine vinegar, so how could the finished product be less than that?

So just curious what the actual servings are because my pain-in-the-hooha diet is super strict about tracking every single thing. Thank you!

I make this dressing every time I make my Greek pasta salad and have never commented or rated it, my greatest apologies!!! Because it’s the best and is obviously my go to! Thank you for this and sooooo many other great recipes!!
