I consider myself a get by cook.  That being said, I do have lots of get by cooking experience.

I think lots of people don&#039;t realize that cooking recipes (not baking) are a blue print for a dish.  It&#039;s meant to be altered.

I and many others always add more of anything that has flavor.  If a recipe calls for 1 clove of garlic, I might use 6-10 depending on the dish.  Spices are almost always doubled or more, never measured.  Salt is added at the end, carefully to brink out all of the flavor.]]></description>
