I must have done a mismatch in the floor to potato ratio. I used three russets, that were maybe large? Embarrassingly I don’t cook with potatoes much so I’m not sure if they were medium-large or just large. My gnocchi tasted more of potato than gnocchi. I used about 3/4 cup of flour and 1 egg. Would love any potential tips. Thanks! Big fan.
