I actually do make it in a large quantity. I use 10 inches of tea, slice a whole lemon add 10 cups of water. Simmer it on the stove for five minutes and let it cool. I’ve found that it gets very strong because I let it sit on the stove for an hour or so until it’s cool so I have mixed half ginger tea and half filtered water. It’s delicious!]]></description>
