this was easy and tasty, my only recommendation would be to definitely use butter on the bottom of the pan, spray oil did not work, it was completely stuck

I was raised on savoury French toast.
I used rosemary ciabatta and fresh rosemary I skipped the sweeteners and nuts. The combination of custard and crunch was delicious!!!

Family favorite!! I’ve been making various French toast recipes for the family and this was a hit. They asked me to save the recipe and not experiment anymore.

I used Trader Joe’s brioche bread excluded the nutmeg but otherwise stayed true to the recipe.
