Great recipe. Worked well and, even after the leftover hollandaise sat for a while in the blender on my counter, it did not curdle like some other recipes I have tried. I have found your recipes to always be delicious. Thank you for the time you take to share your expertise.

This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes. There is something so amazing about the benedict sauce- that lemony creaminess over the crunchy Englisth muffin and perfectly cooked egg. The fresh dill and chives in the recipe really make it next level. Perfect classic dish.
