I used chopped sun dried tomatoes, green onions and chopped pepperoni and topped the muffins with shredded cheddar cheese. I should have added a smidge Italian seasoning for an Italian style bite. They turned out very light and fluffy. I think that was due to the cottage cheese.]]></description>
