Almond-ella Spread
  • ½ cup creamy almond butter
  • ½ cup chopped dark chocolate, 50% cacao*
  • 1½ tablespoons coconut oil
  1. Combine the almond butter, chocolate, and coconut oil in a medium glass bowl. Make a double boiler by placing the glass bowl over a smaller pot filled with simmering water. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into a 7 oz. glass jar and cool to room temperature before closing the lid.
  3. Place in the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes, then store at room temperature.
*if vegan, look for chocolate that doesn't contain milk ingredients.
