Serves: 2 to 3
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup blanched & peeled almonds, raw cashews or ½ frozen banana
- 1½ cups almond milk
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 tablespoon AIYA Rooibos Zen Cafe Blend, optional
- ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
- Blend all ingredients together. Add more almond milk to thin the consistency, if necessary.
Yogurt version: instead of almond or cashews, use one 7 oz. container of greek yogurt and ½ cup less almond milk.
