Much greater than the sum of its parts. This one is a keeper.

Even my picky mother was in love with this soup!!! The flavor is so insanely delicious. I share too much of it and now have to make it again! Definitely on my favorite soups list!

This has become my favorite soup! My hubby is allergic to coconut, so we substitute it with heavy cream. It also freezes well! We make a big batch and freeze it for easy grab lunches!
