This recipe, like so many I have used from you is amazing. In particular this soup was incredible. I did roast the cauliflower with the garlic and onions and then just put that in a pot with olive oil, broth and the spices. I made the kale pesto too! And this brought it to a next level of greatness. Can’t wait to serve this for guests. So wonderful. Thanks again.

I was disappointed with this recipe. I doubled it as meal-prep dinners for the week, and the overall flavor was very bland. I don’t have a food processor so I couldn’t make the pesto, but I’m not sure how much that would’ve helped.

Very tasty! I made this soup for my lunch meal prep this week. I didnt make the pesto topping but the soup is great!
