					<description><![CDATA[I made this cream cheese frosting for carrot cake. The amount of powdered sugar called way too much. Instead 4 cups, I added just one, and even that made it too sweet for someone who may be diabetic. I then added a bit more cream cheese, as well as about 2 to 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, which helped if I make again I would start with a quarter cup of butter, sugar, and maybe add one more quarter cup if needed, we liked the lemon juice as it added a bit of brightness to the taste, I also refrigerated the frosting until the cake had cooled enough, and that helped a lot with spreadability.]]></description>

I add my powdered sugar in a big heaping tablespoon at a time so it&#039;s easy to combine and sweetened to taste. I will also add a tablespoon or 2 of water to adjust consistency.  Seriously the best, can&#039;t go wrong with this ingredient combination.
