Loved this recipe. The only change I made was I used honey instead of sugar which still tasted great. We had this with veggie quesadillas to make it a dinner.

This Cowboy Caviar came together super easily and BOY was it delicious!! Fresh, and oh-so satisfying, this recipe really pleased! I am personally not a fan of tomatoes, so I omitted them, and also added cucumber! YUM. I will definitely make this again!
