I made these for dinner last night to be used for enchiladas. They were much easier to make than I expected and they turned out great. I don’t think I used them to make my enchiladas because some of them started to break apart, but they tasted so good! My husband said these enchiladas tasted like something you’d get at a good, authentic Mexican restaurant! He did say they were too small, so I’ll likely double the recipe and use them sooner.
