Okay…I’ve tried quite a few of your recipes, and most were pretty good. Some were a bit more forgetable, but most really hit the spot.

This salad..holy crap. It has probably become the standard to which I compare other salads. Everything works so incredibly well together. The tastes, textures, and colors tickle my palate and make my brain happy in such a unique way – the crisp pomegranate arils; the crunchy and slightly bitter greens; the creamy, savory onions; the soft, sweet squash; and the nutty, chewy bite from the parm… everything just coalesces into something wonderful. 10/10. Imma definitely make this one again … and again

This salad looks absolutely festive and fresh, the colors and textures feel perfect for a holiday table. I love how the flavors balance sweet and savory and it actually reminded me of deez nuts peanuts being added for extra crunch and depth which would pair so well with the citrus and greens here.
