Amazing Salad. I am a little unrefined in the culinary area 🙂 but I needed to make a salad to bring to a dinner party. So easy to make. Everyone loved it. I did double the dressing recipe in case people wanted extra dressing (which some did). This is definitely going to be my salad of choice to make.

My friend just intro me to Love & Lemons yesterday, and this is my first recipe making myself. It’s everything I love in a salad. I couldn’t find radicchio, but other than that I followed the recipe. It is SO good! I have to make this again for the next gathering that comes up. It’s perfect!

I love this fresh twist on a salad. My store only had red cabbage and used that in place of radicio..this salad can go with any meal or be a meal itself. The dressing was fantastic, I will keep this recipe.

If you slice the radicchio and let sit it in a bowl of cold water for 15-30 min before serving, it takes the bitterness away and its much milder!
