Thank you for this delicious, easy recipe! I subbed with flax eggs and it work beautifully (3 tbsp ground flax + 7.5 tbs water). This is a keeper!

Made this in a 9×13 pan and added a teaspoon of instant espresso and holy cow it’s absolutely delicious. I served it like a chocolate cake. The zucchini is not noticeable (which I think is ideal for a chocolate cake). So dang good.

Decided to try a different zucchini bread recipe.. This by far is the best chocolate zucchini recipe I’ve ever made..Nice and moist and lone the spices used in it..I was concerned about the baking powder amount but it worked great..🤗

This is a keeper. I followed the directions but omitted the cinnamon and nutmeg because i wasn’t feeling it. THIS is by far the best chocolate bread I have ever had. And with zucchini! I used mini chips and may have measured with my heart. Waited 5 minutes to slice and try it. OMG – warm is the way to go. Thank you!
