I used fat free Greek yogurt and lite mayo. I must admit, it was not all too tasty, but with a little more experimenting, it could be better! Also, I made the regular creamy chipotle, not the chipotle ranch. That ACV and other spices could for sure help to cut through the bland fat free ingredients.
*Mine turned out thick and creamy.

I've made this twice and it has better taste than my old recipe. BTW for years I have taken a can of chipoltles in adobo, pulled out any stems left on the peppers. Then I puree the whole contents, peppers and adobo sauce, and refrigerate in a container. It lasts months and a teaspoon or a tablespoon is a great source of smoky heat in a large number of dishes like scrambled eggs or omelets, roasted potatoes, or smeared on chicken before baking.

I've been making this dressing a lot since i first discovered it a few weeks ago. It's delicious. The only change I make is that I leave the salt out because some of my household is on a low salt diet. The other spices provide enough kick that I don't miss the salt at all. Give it a go.
