Apologies for commenting before making this, but I wanted to comment on a brand of Tamari I purchased at Target. The San J tamari is organic and gluten free, I liked the idea of organic and mixed up sauce for fried rice and I tasted it, good thing as it was twice as salty as the tamari I normally buy at Krogers/frys. I played it with it and was able to tone it down. I recommend the Kroger brand of lite soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, hoisin and of course tamari. Maybe it was just this batch of sauce I bought even husband thought it was too salty.
I make either lo mein or fried rice weekly it’s a great way to use us up veggies and other bits around the fridge. Target also sells edamame at a reasonable price, at Kroger they are $3 more for the smaller bag.
Can’t wait to make your version of fried rice, we love your recipes and posts. You are appreciated.

This is great! It comes together so quickly and is so flavorful. I ate it with chili crisp, so I couldn't tell if the kimchi added anything. When I make it again, I'll likely double the kimchi. Also, I highly recommend eating it with chili crisp. Yum yum yum!
