I’m a beginner baker and this recipe took me a while. The grating took a long time- I’ll be sure to get an automatic grater for next time. They turned out so good though! My friend loved them for her birthday.

This recipe was easy and great for bringing to a gathering. Followed the recipe. Next time I might try adding coconut and raisins. Definitely making again!

2 questions: is 1TB baking powder correct? And could I do this as a bread, if so, how long would you suggest baking and pan size?

Absolutely delicious!! Tried one before the frosting was ready and could have easily skipped the frosting because they were so delicious! Frosted them anyway for husband’s bday!!
