Excellent use for squash. Appreciate that it isn&#039;t as sweet as some holiday recipes. Didn&#039;t have coconut in the cupboard this time and it was still yummy. 
Question: is there meant to be some baking time directly after you spread the filling and remaining crumble? (Other than the additional 10-15 minutes mentioned.)]]></description>

Hi Pooja, if you have frozen squash puree, you could simply combine 1 thawed cup with the butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt. If you have frozen cubes, I&#039;d recommend tossing them with a little neutral oil and roasting them at 400°F until tender. Mash them after roasting and use 1 cup mash in the filling.
