I baked for 30 minutes in a 350 oven.  I did a toothpick to check for doneness and I didn&#039;t notice it come out wet, but also no crumbs.  Not sure what I did.  : )]]></description>

The recipe header says bake 40 minutes, but in the directions it says 28-30 min which is what I did.   Toothpick in the center comes out clean, edges are just golden brown and slightly cracking!
