We used 3 huge Chipotle Peppers, no balsamic instead used Black Vinegar and lots of cumin. Mixed Mayo with some adobo sauce, lime and pepper for a slurry topping. Absolutely delicious!

Love the flavor! Next time I would use one pepper. It was a little too spicy for me although I did tone my burger down a bit with a lime cilantro sauce with a sour cream base. I also made the patties smaller. I got 9 out of the batch and they’re getting frozen. I will try to work on something to keep them together better. They are pretty fragile. Maybe another egg or more panko.

Can I replace the bread crumbs with almond flour?
If so could you please tell me how much to put in?
